Her career journey—from high school math teacher to corporate business analyst to software customer success manager—has equipped her with both the analytical and interpersonal skills essential for success in the financial services industry.

A dedicated real estate investor and REIN member since 2018, Tania has hands-on experience in property investment and wealth-building strategies. From 2021 to 2024, she successfully bought, renovated, staged, and sold seven homes, honing her expertise as an investment real estate project manager. Through this journey, she discovered a true passion for helping others build their financial legacy through real estate.

Naturally, her path led her to mortgage brokerage, where she now specializes in creative deal structuring and funding solutions for real estate investors. William Wood's formal education includes a Master's degree in Accounting from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, which he earned in 2000. Upon graduating, he was immediately hired by Ernst & Young LLP, one of the world's 4 largest accounting firms. Following two years with the company and several entrepreneurial ventures, including helping a family business grow from $6 million to $24 million in sales, William began investing in full gut renovations in Historic East Nashville in 2009, completing approximately 25 projects.

In 2013, William founded a general contracting firm, which went on to complete over 20 new construction builds in various Nashville neighborhoods. He sold his last new construction project in early 2016, after completing more than 50 real estate rehabs, rentals, and new construction builds. Over those and the next several years, he invested in around 500 real estate-backed promissory notes and facilitated numerous short-term transactions. Additionally, he managed a small portfolio of single-family and duplex residential rentals.

William served on the board of the Real Estate Investors of Nashville (REIN) from 2020 to 2021 and has been a member since 2009. With over 550 investments and transactions under his belt, accumulated over the past 16 years, William brings extensive experience to his clients, enabling them to make informed decisions quickly, while also providing valuable insights into real estate construction costs, funding, and risk analysis.
